- 4-WEEK INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS OWNERSHIP:
This course is for those individuals who need to determine if their business idea
is a good one - both financially and personally. Basic concepts, such as
assessing the business idea, strategic planning and entrepreneurialism are
covered.

- CURSO DE VIABILIDAD DEL NEGOCIO:
Este curso de ocho semanas es para quienes desean determinar si la idea
que tienen es buena desde el punto de vista personal y financiero. Se
cubren conceptos básicos como planeación estratégica y lo que significa
ser un empresario.

- 12-WEEK BUSINESS PLANNING COURSE:
This course is for existing business owners or entrepreneurs not yet in business
who have taken significant steps toward opening. Topics covered are:
mission statement, operations, market and industry analysis and financials.
We cover topics critical to running a successful business and by course
completion students have a draft of a business plan an essential
management tool and a base to request funding.

Este curso de doce semanas esta diseñado para quienes ya tienen un
negocio o están listos para abrir. Los temas que se cubren son: misión,
operaciones, análisis de la industria y el mercado, y estados financieros.
Cubrimos temas críticos para la administración de un negocio exitoso. Al final
del curso, los alumnos tienen un plan de negocios que es una herramienta
de negocios indispensable y la base para conseguir financiamiento.

- THE BUSINESS OF CHILDCARE:
A specialty class designed to help individuals start or expand their child
care business. Participants will complete a business plan, create a parent
handbook, define target markets, and discuss accounting concepts.

- COMO EMPEZAR, HACER CRECER, Y FINANCIAR SU PROPIA GUARDERIA:
Este nuevo curso consiste de clases en cuales participantes aprenden como administrar
sus propia guárderia en sus hogares. Particpantes aprenderán a organizar una guardería,
crear un manual para los padres, y desenvolver un plan comercial.
